NOTES ON RENTAL PRICES
Rental rates for our Luxury Lindos Villa are in UK pounds and fully inclusive. Should your stay overlap two price bands, the period of stay will be charged pro rata. The rental rate is for a maximum of six guests, there is an additional weekly supplement for extra guests of £100 per adult and £50 per child. We offer long winter lets of 3 weeks or more and discounts can be arranged. Luxury Villas in the Lindos area book very early and we invite rentals on a first come first served basis. We stongly advise those planning a holiday during school holidays or during the peak summer period to book as soon as possible to avoid dissapointment. Please note that we cannot accept group bookings from those under 25 years of age and please also note that smoking is not permitted inside the Villa.
CHANGEOVER DAYS
Our preferred changeover days are Wednesday and Saturday. Other days are possible, although this depends on the time of year. Arrival times are after 4pm and vacation of villa is before 11am on your day of departure. On some occasions late departures can be arranged at a small additional charge.
BOOKING NOTES
To rent Villa Kallisto, we require a deposit of 25% to secure the booking and then the remainder we require 8 weeks prior to your chosen arrival date. Payment can be paid UK pounds by personal cheque, Internet Bank Transfer or by credit/debit card or direct debit via PayPal (card payments are subject of 3.4% handling fee to cover PayPal charges). We also require a security bond of £150, this security bond is to deter wilful damage or missing items, to ensure that all future guests experience our high Luxury standards. This bond will be refunded in full as soon as we have had confirmation no damage has occured during your stay. We are very reasonable and understand that accidents do happen, and so will judge any damage or breakages fairly.
